Creative Strategist
Create the strategy and creative work that gets coaches, course creators, and education organizations interested in the Mind Minutes Method.
Make efficient marketing feel obvious.
Your job is to help the market understand one big belief: the Mind Minutes Method can help them run much more efficient marketing programs. That means fewer wasted leads, less pressure on admissions or sales calls, better use of content, and a clearer path from attention to enrollment.
The single belief
If I use the Mind Minutes Method, I can run a more efficient marketing program because every campaign is built around the beliefs a buyer needs before they act.
Same method. Different buying pressure.
Coaches, courses, and SMEs
Help founders and expert-led teams see why more content, louder launches, or cheaper leads are not the real fix. The method gives them a practical way to turn attention into trust before checkout or a call.
Education and training organizations
Help marketing, enrollment, admissions, and leadership teams see the cost of asking too early. The method gives them one operating language for lead quality, belief coverage, content order, and admissions efficiency.
What you will learn
- How the Mind Minutes Method works, from the one belief to the nine beliefs and the Minute Gap Diagnostic.
- How coaches, online course creators, and expert-led businesses think about inefficient marketing.
- How education and training organizations think about lead quality, admissions load, budget waste, and enrollment efficiency.
- How to turn hard minutes and soft minutes into paid creative, social content, landing page sections, and nurture ideas.
What you will do
- Create audience-specific creative strategies for coaches and course creators, and for organization-level education buyers.
- Write briefs, hooks, ad concepts, scripts, post ideas, and landing page sections that make the method feel useful and urgent.
- Translate assessment data, customer language, founder thinking, and sales objections into creative campaigns.
- Build content plans that move people from interest in the problem to belief in the method.
- Review creative performance by looking at whether people are giving us more minutes, not just whether they clicked.
Good fit
- You think clearly before you write quickly.
- You can spot when marketing is asking too early.
- You care about buyer psychology, not just clever lines.
- You want your work to move real enrollment outcomes.
From method immersion to live campaigns.
We are looking for people who move the project forward without handholding. You should be able to study the method, use the docs, ask precise questions, make strong first drafts, and turn learning into visible progress every week.
Week 1
Learn the method
You study the Mind Minutes promise, the Minute Gap Diagnostic, the nine beliefs, hard and soft minutes, and the core belief we need the market to adopt.
Week 2
Map the two buyers
You separate the coach, course, and SME buyer from the organization-level buyer, then map what each already believes, doubts, wants, and misunderstands.
Week 3
Read the real journey
You review diagnostics, pages, funnels, posts, comments, and sales language to see where buyers already give attention and where the belief journey breaks.
Week 4
Build the message map
You turn the method into audience-specific beliefs, objections, proof points, angles, and content jobs. This becomes the working map for creative and social output.
Week 5
Create the first system
You create a useful first set of assets: hooks, posts, scripts, carousels, ads, landing page sections, or briefs that make efficient marketing feel obvious.
Week 6
Put it in rhythm
You connect the strongest assets to a weekly rhythm, so the work compounds instead of becoming scattered output.
Week 7
Read the signals
You look at saves, comments, replies, clicks, watch time, diagnostic starts, report completions, and sales questions, then name what the next cycle should improve.
Week 8
Own a loop
You take responsibility for a small creative or social feedback loop: publish, learn, improve, and bring the project forward without waiting to be told every next step.
