Social Media Creator / Manager
Create and manage the social rhythm that makes coaches, course creators, and education organizations pay attention to the Mind Minutes Method.
Make efficient marketing feel obvious.
Your job is to help the market keep meeting the same important idea in useful ways: inefficient marketing is usually not a volume problem, it is a belief problem. Social is where we earn early soft minutes, stay present while buyers are thinking, and make the method familiar before they are ready to buy.
The single belief
If I keep seeing Mind Minutes, I will understand why my marketing feels inefficient and start trusting this method as the practical way to fix it.
Same method. Different buying pressure.
Coaches, courses, and SMEs
Create posts, carousels, short videos, comments, and founder-led ideas that make the method feel immediately useful to lean teams selling courses, cohorts, coaching, memberships, or expert programs.
Education and training organizations
Turn bigger problems such as lead quality, admissions load, campaign waste, slow decision cycles, and internal alignment into content that feels sharp enough for marketing leaders and enrollment teams.
What you will learn
- How the Mind Minutes Method works and how to explain it in public without making it feel academic.
- How to create content for recognition, problem clarity, belief change, proof, fit, and cost of waiting.
- How to turn one strategic idea into posts, carousels, shorts, clips, replies, and founder-led thought pieces.
- How to use saves, comments, replies, diagnostic starts, and questions as research for the next content cycle.
What you will do
- Own a weekly social calendar built around the Mind Minutes Method and the two core audience groups.
- Create posts, carousels, short-form video concepts, LinkedIn ideas, and community prompts that make the method easy to understand.
- Work with strategy and video to turn founder thinking, diagnostic insights, and buyer objections into repeatable content series.
- Manage publishing, iteration, and content feedback so every week teaches us what the market is ready to hear next.
Good fit
- You can make a serious idea feel clear and native to social.
- You understand that consistency is strategy, not admin.
- You like turning messy thinking into visible momentum.
- You want social content to do more than keep the feed alive.
From method immersion to live campaigns.
We are looking for people who move the project forward without handholding. You should be able to study the method, use the docs, turn unclear ideas into publishable content, and keep the social loop moving every week.
Week 1
Learn the method
You study the Mind Minutes promise, the Minute Gap Diagnostic, the nine beliefs, hard and soft minutes, and the core belief we need the market to adopt.
Week 2
Map the two buyers
You separate the coach, course, and SME buyer from the organization-level buyer, then map what each already believes, doubts, wants, and misunderstands.
Week 3
Read the real journey
You review diagnostics, pages, funnels, posts, comments, and sales language to see where buyers already give attention and where the belief journey breaks.
Week 4
Build the message map
You turn the method into audience-specific beliefs, objections, proof points, angles, and content jobs. This becomes the working map for creative and social output.
Week 5
Create the first system
You create a useful first set of assets: hooks, posts, scripts, carousels, ads, landing page sections, or briefs that make efficient marketing feel obvious.
Week 6
Put it in rhythm
You connect the strongest assets to a weekly rhythm, so the work compounds instead of becoming scattered output.
Week 7
Read the signals
You look at saves, comments, replies, clicks, watch time, diagnostic starts, report completions, and sales questions, then name what the next cycle should improve.
Week 8
Own a loop
You take responsibility for a small creative or social feedback loop: publish, learn, improve, and bring the project forward without waiting to be told every next step.
