Acceptance of terms

By accessing or using Mind Minutes Method (operated by Think Orion), you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the platform.

The platform

Mind Minutes Method provides a self-diagnosis tool and a members-only portal with frameworks, templates, and tools designed to help education entrepreneurs improve their enrollment process. Access to the full portal requires a paid membership.

Your account

You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account. We use magic-link email authentication so keep access to your email secure. You may not share your account with others or allow others to access the platform using your credentials.

Payments and refunds

All prices are listed in USD. Payments are processed by Stripe or PayPal. We offer a 14-day refund on membership purchases if you have not completed more than two tools. To request a refund, contact us at hello@mindminutesmethod.com.

Subscriptions renew automatically. You can cancel at any time from your account settings or by contacting us. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period.

Intellectual property

All content, frameworks, tools, and materials on the platform are the intellectual property of Think Orion unless stated otherwise. You may use them for your own business purposes but may not reproduce, distribute, or resell them without written permission.

Acceptable use

You agree not to:

• Share, resell, or redistribute platform content
• Attempt to access other users' accounts or data
• Use the platform for any unlawful purpose
• Reverse engineer or scrape the platform

Disclaimer

The platform provides frameworks and education. Results depend on how you apply them. We do not guarantee specific outcomes. Mind Minutes Method is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind.

Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Think Orion is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the platform.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the Netherlands. Any disputes will be resolved in the competent courts of the Netherlands.

Changes to these terms

We may update these terms. We will notify active members by email of any material changes. Continued use of the platform after changes constitutes acceptance.
